First Row Romwe: 1, 2, 3, 4 - Second Row OASAP: 1, 2, 3, 4
When the weather is as grey as it is today I just love to sit on the couch with my laptop and a big cup of hot tea, preferably in comfy clothing. And lately, I have been falling in love with comfy sweaters. So when I came across these cute personalized sweaters of Romwe and OASAP, I could not resist placing an order. The sweatshirt I went for, how predictable, has a pink floral print with the word 'Dior' on it. Usually I kind of dislike sweaters with a brandlogo on it, but I have a soft spot for big brands like Dior and Chanel, so I didn't really mind. Another nice little detail is that the dot on the 'i' actually isn't a dot, it's a female head with butterflies coming out of it. I'm really looking forward to wearing my new sweater! How would you combine it?
A long time ago, when life was still beautiful and when spare time still existed (read: summer), I went on a trip to Utrecht with Jessy. Utrecht is a lovely city with a nice atmosphere and of course lots of cute shops like Flying Tiger, Lush and Sissy Boy. Next to those we can also find stores like H&M, Zara and V&D. Yet this article is not about shopping, but about my second favorite hobby: eating! In my opinion not any less important for a good shopping day! For lunch Jessy and I went to a very cute place on the Wittevrouwenstraat: 'de Bakkerswinkel.'
Maybe it's the weather or maybe it's the finals-stress, but I'm in a shopping mood. With three orders on their way I do not have to tell you that I have been shopping quite a lot the past few weeks. You will have to wait to see those three orders, but I can already show you what I bought in Rotterdam and of course the stuff that just came in from OASAP and Romwe!
Last week I had eight big test on the planning and that means: learning, sleeping, eating, learning, making tests, learning, eating, sleeping, eating, learning, test making, and so on! Not very exciting, but I can assure you: it was exhausting! Fortunately, exam week is over and I can focus on blogging again! Although I must admit that the prospect of next period also looks quite busy (read: driving, book presentations, profile essay and motivation letter) and before you know it, I am back in test week again. But for now I do not want to think of that yet, now I would just like to enjoy a nice hot cup of tea, some good music and of course blogging! Today I wanted you to show you some pictures that I made during the meeting in Utrecht. I played a bit with editing and went for a low contrast with high intensity. (something I have done before) This somehow gives the pictures a romantic and warm vibe, which I personally really like. What do you think?
As I told you a while ago I now also write an article for Voomm once a week and I thought it would be nice if I would give you an update on that so now and then. Obviously I don't want to spam you with all of the articles I write, but I thought I'd be a good idea to share my articles once a month. Unfortunately for my international readers, Voomm is a Dutch website but maybe you can still enjoy the pictures?
