How to avoid getting a cold?

You can better take good care of yourself when the fever is in the air. When the autumn enters and many people get sick. It´s time to really work on your health. Nobody wants to get sick. And then, how do we stay healthy?  

Some tips to avoid getting a cold:            
  • My mom thought me to always take extra vitamins whenever the 'r' is in the mont. Those months are the worst for your health!                                                        
  • Make sure that you get enough sun, the sunlight contains vitamin D which will help you to stay healthy.
  • Eat well, certainly now you should eat two pieces of fruit and two spoons of vegetables. You need to build your health with something!
  •  Always wear a jacket outside, even if it was so hot inside, you might lose your warmth to quickly and get sick. It's just not worth it.
  •  Also keep yourself warm inside, just buy a nice sweater so when you come home you just can relax in your warm sweater.
  • Don't stay up to long, you need your sleep. At least eight hours a day!

  • Was your hands, just try to do it as much as possible because you can make yourself and also make other people sick. If you have a virus on your hands and than shake hands with somebody else, he will get sick as well. 
  • Just be happy, because when your emotionally healthy, you'll eventually be physical healthy. 
  • Look at sick people. It sounds ridiculous, but it's true. Your body is already protecting itself when it sees someone who's sick. So watch house or anything like that and you get more healthy. What a perfect excuse to watch television. :)
